Hassle Free Visitor Appointment Booking
Ascent visitor management system interface makes the process of scheduling an appointment easier and more intuitive. With this system it is possible to generate visitor gate pass, valid only for the mentioned date and time. As soon as appointment is generated, a meeting confirmation mail is sent to both visitor as well as host to block their calendars for the set time period, ensuring no missing out of meetings.
At the time visitor arrives, one can easily search the appointment by various options such as visitor name, company name, host name or appointment ID. The system identifies the appointment and validates visitor in entry. This requires visitors’ full information along with the reason for the visit, visitor photograph, vehicle details, laptop & cell phone details (if allowed) etc. While generating gate pass, host can make the decision, if visitor should be permitted or prohibited the entry in the company premises.
System Generated Printed Visitor Gate Pass
After making visitor entry and entry of required visitor details, Ascent visitor management system has the “one click feature” to print and download the system generated visitor gate pass. It has all the visitor details along with the ‘Valid up to’ option which specifies the validity of the gate pass. The printed gate pass also has general safety instructions written at the bottom to ensure safety compliance.
The system generated gate pass includes the option of mentioning details,
- If the visitor has the permission to carry laptop, mobile phone or pen drive within the premises. of
- If the visitor has the access to canteen facility or not.
Visitor Self-Service Check-In Kiosk
With Ascent visitor management system, visitor has the self-service facility to generate their gate pass with Kiosk software, with or without prior appointment. If the visitor has prior appointment, kiosk has the option to check-in via QR code available at the mail or via generating OTP with registered mobile number.
If there is no prior appointment entry of visitor, in that case kiosk has the option to book an appointment and generate passcode via kiosk interface. The kiosk then sends the mail to the host to approve the visitor entry and generate passcode. After approval visitor can sign in with passcode and print their gate pass.

Comprehensive Visitor Register Profiling
Ascent visitor management system keeps a record of every individual’s visit, including its time and date. The appointment and visitor entry makes it easier for the organisation to configure its own unique safety criteria and allows for the rapid creation of appointments by regenerating the details of the visitor. Visitor register keeps excel based reports of each visitor and generates a complete log of each entry and exit of visitors for selected period.

Contactless Visitor Exit Management
Ascent software enhances safety with the use of contactless exit procedure of their visiting guests. When leaving the premises, the printed visitor gate pass can be scanned using the bar code / QR code that has been placed in the facility. This results in a contact less exit and ensures the safety of the visitor.
The system is built to ensure least amount of physical contact during the exit process, even in case of manual visitor check-out can be done by entering visitor number.
Configurable Safety Rules, Improved Security
After Covid-19, each organisation is enhancing the safety rules for their premises, employees and the visitors. The Ascent visitor management system comes with pre-defined safety guidelines to follow within the organisation premises, that are printed in individual visitor gate pass.
The system generates the seamless check-in and check-out of visitors where check-out can be done through bar code scanning present in system generated printed individual visitor gate pass. This permits a smooth as well as safe entry and exit for visitors, providing full compliance to the safety requirements that have been established.
Instant Host Notifications
The Ascent automated visitor management system has integrated smart feature to notify hosts automatically via email or SMS when their guests arrive. The notification will include the visitor details i.e., photo, time of check-in, area that they have checked into and contact information.
